Time limit
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason.
How to return
Let us know your decision before the end of this period by email at iliass.nakkachii@gmail.com, with a clear statement or using the form below. Then send the product back, complete and in its original packaging if possible, to the address we give you, no later than 14 days after telling us your decision.
Return costs

Refund
We refund all amounts paid, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or until you provide proof that it has been sent. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original order. You may be held liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Defective or non-conforming product
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Contact us at iliass.nakkachii@gmail.com with a photo of the problem: in this case, return costs are on us.
