1. Seller

2. Purpose
These terms govern all sales made on the VertiHerbe website between the seller and any consumer customer. Placing an order implies prior acceptance of these terms.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in color or appearance are not contractual.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros or, for deliveries to the United States, in US dollars. For deliveries within the European Union, prices include all taxes [OR “VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code” for a micro-enterprise – TO BE COMPLETED]. For deliveries outside the European Union, any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, and import duties may be charged to the recipient. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
5. Orders
Customers select their products, review the order summary and total price, can correct any errors, then confirm their order, which constitutes an obligation to pay. A confirmation email summarizing the order is then sent to them.
6. Payment
Payment is due when the order is placed, using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by secure providers; the seller never has access to the customer's full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms and times are detailed on our Shipping page. If no delivery time is stated, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. In the event of a delay, customers may cancel the contract under the conditions set out in articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
8. Right of withdrawal
Customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason. The procedure and model form are available on our Returns page.
9. Legal warranties
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Under the legal guarantee of conformity, consumers have two years from delivery to have the product brought into conformity, by repair or replacement, or failing that to obtain a price reduction or cancellation of the contract. They do not have to prove the lack of conformity if it appears within this period. Under the guarantee against hidden defects, they may take action within two years of discovering the defect.
10. Personal data

11. Mediation

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. This English version is a translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
